Folksr is here - again! Distributed votings using Microformats

Folksr is an application for distributed votings using Microformats and OpenID. It’s not only cool, it’s also highly experimental.
After I’ve published an inital, experimental version of folksr in 2006 its progress has pretty much stalled in 2007. I’ve received some very interesting feedback and learned some intersting bits about distributed votings though.
Now I’ve finally come around to resurrect folksr from its comatose state. I’ve done a complete rewrite and changed some of the way it works to incorporate various learnings from the first, experimental version. For now I’ve tried to resort to the simplest-thing-that-ever-could work and omitted everything that I felt is not necessary to get a simple, yet useful tool going.

Just a short heads up that I’ve updated the will_paginate_liquidized plugin to work with the latest (Chrismas 07) edition of will_paginate.
Like its name says will_paginate_liquidized enables will_paginate to be used within Liquid templates. You can find more about it here: will_paginate_liquidized plugin project page.
